Your provider account has been created and is currently pending review by the EllisMD administrator team. You will not have access to clinical features until your account is approved.
What happens next?

Profile review. An EllisMD administrator will review your provider profile and credentialing information.

Credential verification. Your medical license, certifications, and credentials will be verified.

Account activation. Once approved, your account will be activated and you'll receive an email notification with instructions to access the provider portal.
