Activate Provider Account
Provider accounts are created through an EllisMD invitation.

Receive an invitation
An EllisMD administrator sends you an invitation email after reviewing your application.

Set up your password
Click the link in the invitation email to create your password and activate your account.

Complete your profile
After activation, complete your provider profile and credentialing information. Your account remains pending review until an administrator approves clinical access.
